    Tim Conley brings over 27 years of IT experience in enterprise open systems and storage products supporting banking, insurance, public, and private sectors, with emphasis on Power Systems, IBM Storage, storage area networks (SAN), and Enterprise wide Backup and Recovery. Tim is also an IBM Certified Specialist and subject matter expert (SME) in AIX, TSM, SAN, and IBM Tape/Disk Storage solutions. In his current role, Tim provides technical consulting services to IBM, IBM Business Partners, and customers in IT architecture, AIX, performance/tuning, Storage solutions, and technical project management areas. Tim Also conducts Storage Assessments for IBM, as an independent Regional Systems Integrator. Previously, Tim was a Sr. IT Specialist at IBM Corporation and Provident Mutual Life. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Widener University.

    Chris Churchey brings over 33 years of IT experience in enterprise open systems and storage products, with an emphasis on operating systems, virtualization, large scale systems architecting, design and integration, and performance optimization of computer resources. Chris holds numerous IBM Certifications and is a subject matter expert (SME) in Server Consolidation, Performance, AIX, Power, Virtualization, and IBM Storage technologies. In his current role, Chris oversees business development and the management and support of large/direct ATS customers. Chris also oversees the requirements, strategy, and business development of Galileo Performance Explorer, the company's cloud-based charting tool that provides customizable, on demand views of infrastructure performance. Prior to ATS, Chris was with IBM for 23 years, where his ending assignment was a Consultant Systems Architect providing architecture, design, and IT consulting services to IBM Commercial and Federal customers. Chris was recognized as IBM Systems Engineer of the Year in 1991.

    Craig Beible brings over 16 years of IT experience in computer technology, with emphasis on user support, networking, systems interoperability, installation, and administration for AIX and Windows, and is an IBM Certified Specialist. Craig joined ATS Group installing and supporting IBM System p and IBM System x systems, Storage Area Networks, IBM DS4000 and IBM DS8000 storage, and Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM). In his current role, Craig oversees day-to-day management of company functions, employee management, maintains relationships with customers and partners, and ensures management directives and policies are clearly communicated and effectively implemented. Prior to joining ATS, Craig held IT support and consulting roles at IBM Corporation and US Office Products. Craig earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Millersville University.

    Director of Employee and Program Management

    Mercedes Petrellis brings over 12 years of strong IT support, project management, engineering, and training experience, and is also IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Currently, Mercedes plays a key role working with customers, account managers and technical resources to define a project's scope, deliverable, and costing. She is a company-wide resource planner and coordinator for project assignments, oversees the company's project portfolio and ensures deliverables are captured, reviewed and met, and develops and rolls out key process improvements and workflows with management. Prior to joining ATS, Mercedes was a Senior Consultant at Virtus Partners and IT Engineer and IT Training Specialist at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Mercedes earned a Bachelor of Arts from West Chester University.

    Jerri Pelletier brings over 30 years of business administration experience, and has spent the last 14 years focusing on finance and accounting areas. In her current role, Jerri is responsible for all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, payroll, forecasting, and budgeting, and financial reporting. She also oversees all employee benefits and assists the Technical Project Managers in managing the profitability of projects and resources. Prior to joining ATS, Jerri held key financial, administrative, and office manager roles at various mid-sized companies. Jerri earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Education with a concentration in Accounting from Shepherd College.
